Hello world. It's me, Liz.

Just a little bit about me. I'm a very happily married mother of two. I grew up in a small town, and I live in a different small town. I began this blog as a way for me to track my health. I want to run a marathon one day, and this is a record of my journey. I'm a large girl. I've always let that get in the way of trying to take care of myself, afraid of what others would say, what they thought. Now, I want to inspire others to run. I want you to know: if I, a girl who has literaly spent her entire life overweight and never had any significant amount of fitness, can get out there and run, so can you!
